Due to the fact that Rowdy Rhinestone Cowgirl hats are customized, they are all final sale.
If a hat arrives to you damaged, please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery at rowdyrhinestonecowgirls@gmail.com. Please include a description of the damage as well as applicable photos of the hat and shipping box. In this rare occurrence, we will email you a shipping label for you to return the hat to us and ship you a replacement hat at no extra charge to you. The replacement hat will be the same design as the hat that arrived damaged meaning alterations cannot be made to replacement hats.
In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your hat and it must be UNWORN upon its return to us.
Hats that have been worn or reported damaged after the 24 hour mark are not eligible for exchange.
Please keep in mind that the hats are embellished by hand. This means that there may be minor imperfections and/or flaws in a hat or in the rhinestones. Replacement hats are available for major shipping damage and minor flaws are not eligible for replacements.
Upon receipt of your hat, please familiarize yourself with the provided care instructions included in your box. Your hat was made with TLC and the longevity of your hat depends on your continued care.
